Ashkan Rahbarian was born in 1989; graduated in computer science. He started his artistic activities since 2007 in the field of music by learning to play Setar under “Mehdi Jalali”; and continued to learn playing Tanbur under “Mohammad Zand Karimkhani” and “Mohammad Zolnuri”. He joined the music band “Yarava” at the end of 2008; and at the same time started to learn playing Tar under “Elshan Ghasimi”. Beside playing in Yarava band, he worked as the graphic designer of band as well. He also began to work with many other music bands including “Akolad”, “Adios”, “Contemporary Music Records”, Instrument maker’s house “Mehr Aeen”,…

He has participated in photography courses of Azad University since 2010, he continued to learn photography professionally under “Amirali Chitsaz” and “Hossein Mosaferi” till now. While learning photography, simultaneously started working with some music bands such as “Zand”, “adius”, “Yarava” and “Shamseh”; and also with some theatrical group such as “Sayeh” and “Nima”. As a behind the scenes photographer for some short movies he had collaboration with “Mani Ghodratnama”, “Abouzar Kabiri” and “Reza Soltani”.
